During the Friday’s Uganda Young Democrats [UYD] reunion rally, Kyadondo East MP Kyagulanyi managed to enter into the arena. However, there was tight security that was implemented by the Museveni government. The police and the military were all over deployed on all roads leading to the masaka grounds. Unfortunately, this baricades and police plans did not glitter as expected to barrier for Bobi Wine.
