Celebrated Swahili Poet Ken Walibora Latest News of his death & Biography.
According to latest death news, the Author of “Siku Njema” is lifeless. Ken Walibora perished on Friday 10th of April 2020, after a road accident on Landhies Road, Nairobi.
Undoubtedly, Ken Walibora’s body was identified Nairobi City Mortuary on April 15th, 2020. As a result, the reports indicate that his body was delivered in the city mortuary on Friday last week.
Ken Walibora Biography and Education
Ken Walibora wrote set books used in the Kenya Curriculum secondary schools education. For example, Ndoto ya Amerika, Siku Njema, Kidagaa Kimemwozea, Kufa Kuzikana, Tuzo, Ndoto ya Almasi and Damu Nyeusi.
On the other hand, Ken Walibora was also a Swahili lecturer in the United States from 1985 to 1987. Additionally, he also acted as approbation head at the Ministry of Home Affairs from the year 1988 to 1996.
Moreover, he was a Swahili news anchor and news columnist at both KBC and Nation Media Group.
Lastly, Walibora graduated at the Ohio State University in the United States as an associate professor. As a result, he became head of the Department of African Languages and Literature at Wisconsin University, US.
