Papa Shirandula Death Caused by Coronavirus (COVID-19). According to the latest news from Royal Media Services, it is reported that actor Papa Shirandula is dead. Papa Shirandula aka Bukeko died on Saturday morning, 18th of July 2020. Although most people know him as Papa Shirandula, his real names are Charles Bukeko.

Papa Shirandula Death

Before meeting his death, he was rushed to Karen hospital in Nairobi after experiencing difficulty in breathing. Papa Shirandula was taken to hospital by his brother-in-law Ronald Wanyama when he fell sick.
“It is sad he didn’t make it out of the hospital alive. He had tested positive for Covid-19. We are devastated,” he said.

Papa Shirandula had travelled to Western province between 5th and 10th of July before returning back to Nairobi on Sunday. Charles Bukeko was the writer of “Papa Shirandula”, that airs every Thursday at 7:30 pm on Citizen TV. He won Kalasha Award for ‘Best Actor in a TV Series’ in the year 2010.

On the other hand, here is what Royal Media Services Managing Director Wachira Waruru said.
“On behalf of the Royal Media Services, I wish to convey my sincere condolences to the family and friends of popular TV actor, Charles Bukeko who passed away this morning.”

Last but not least, Charles Bukeko was married to Beatrice Ebbie Andega. In addition, he had 3 children. Papa shirandula died at the age of 58, with an estimated net worth of KSh 40 million.
