Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine was this morning released from the military camp in Kampala where he was arrested. However, the Kyadondo East MP was not that lucky to have his freedom as he was rearrested.
Bobi Wine was released after the General Court Martial called off the charges that he was accused of like possession of illegal firearms. Medard Lubega Ssegona, the lawyer to Bobi Wine informed the MP that appear before the Gulu Magistrates Court as he had received an arrest warrant. Despite the lawyers appeal for a bail, nothing seemed fruitful as Robert Kyagulanyi was remanded until 30th of August.
